At Beach Soul, our commitment is to deliver an exceptional customer and product experience, which enables you the freedom to enjoy your outdoor journey.

Understanding the unique nature of our Beach Showers and accessories, we've tailored our refunds and returns policy to ensure a seamless experience for our customers while upholding our strict quality standards.  

Our Promise 

If a product you've received from us is not up to the expected standards of merchantable quality, doesn't match its description online, or is found to be defective, we're here to make things right, by offering repairs, replacements, or a refund. 

Refunds & Returns Guidelines

  • Change of Mind: We understand that occasionally a product may not meet your needs or expectations. If you decide to change your mind, we welcome returns within 7 days of the delivery date. For a return to be accepted, the item must be in its original, new, and unused condition, with packaging unopened. Please note, any initial shipping charges, along with prepaid duties and taxes, will not be refunded. Additionally, the responsibility for the return shipping cost lies with the customer and the cost of the pre-populated returns label will be deducted from your refund/store credit when processed. If the information provided about the condition of your returned item is found to be inaccurate or untrue upon receipt and inspection, you will forfeit your purchase. As we use a third-party logistics provider, we do not have a mechanism to return the item to you.

  • Item Not As Described: If the item you receive differs from its online description, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Upon confirming the discrepancy, we will take responsibility for all return shipping costs.  

  • Damaged in Transit: Upon receiving your order, please promptly examine it for any damage. Should you find any, please inform us within 48 hours, retaining all original packaging and taking photos of the damage to assist us in quickly resolving the issue.

Warranty Coverage  

Every Beach Shower purchased from us comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and performance issues under normal use conditions. Here's how we handle warranty claims:  

  • Initiating a Warranty Claim:  If you experience a problem with your Beach Shower, please first refer to our troubleshooting guide available on our website. If the issue persists, submit a warranty claim through our automated Customer Care system.

  • Proof of Purchase: For a warranty claim, proof of purchase is required. Please keep your receipt or order confirmation as it must be provided when making a claim.  

  • What's Covered: The warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects and failures due to the quality of materials or workmanship. It does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear from normal use.  

  • Resolution: Upon validation of your claim, we may repair or replace your product. If neither is feasible, a refund may be offered. We aim to process claims efficiently, ensuring minimal inconvenience to you. 

Process for Returns  

  • Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, please submit your request for a return or exchange directly via our portal

  • Packaging for a Return: To ensure the item's condition is maintained and to facilitate the restocking process, it's important to use the original shipping box for returns. Please refrain from returning the item in only the gift box it came in, as this does not provide sufficient protection during transit. Remember, the responsibility for covering the cost of return shipping falls to you, the customer, and we're unable to provide additional shipping boxes for returns. Keeping the original shipping box is strongly advised for this reason. 

  • Timeframe for a Return: We aim to process all returns or exchange requests within 10 days of the physical product's arrival at our warehouse.
